Dr. Michael Yarnall
Dr. Yarnall came to Limerick Veterinary Hospital in 1996 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. He has always lived in the area, having graduated from Boyertown High School before attending Albright College in Reading. Dr. Yarnall has a passion for working with dogs and cats. He takes pride in working with and getting to know his clients and their pets, from puppies and kittens through the golden years. In his free time, Dr. Yarnall is an avid mountain bike racer and backpacker. He also enjoys collecting old trucks and tractors.
Dr. Janet Hanning
Dr. Hanning is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, and she joined our staff in June of 1996. Prior to coming to Limerick, Dr. Hanning worked in emergency medicine. She has special interests in small animal medicine, including a certification in acupuncture. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, fishing and spending time with her son.
Dr. Tiffany Pfluger
Dr. Pfluger is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and joined the Limerick Veterinary Hospital family in 2008. Her professional interests include preventative care and client education, ophthalmology and pain management. She has been certified in Medical Veterinary Acupuncture since 2013, and is excited to bring this modality to Limerick! In her free time, she enjoys triathlon training, skiing and spending time with her husband and “fur” babies, especially her Toller sidekick, Ripp!
Dr. Maura McGinley
Dr. McGinley received her undergraduate degree from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, and is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She joined the Limerick Veterinary Hospital family in 2010, and has a particular interest in ophthalmology and emergency/critical care medicine. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her husband and three sons.
Dr. Patricia Donahue
A graduate of the University of Edinburgh School of Veterinary Studies and member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in Scotland, Dr. Donahue returned to our staff as a veterinarian in September of 2015 after many summers working at Limerick during her studies. After graduation, she completed an internship a the People’s Dispensary of Sick Animals, a veterinary charity in the UK. Dr. Donahue’s professional interests include emergency medicine, soft tissue surgery and ultrasound. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, who traveled with her all the way from Scotland!
Dr. Allie Lockhart
Dr. Allie Lockhart is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and is excited to be the newest member of the Limerick Vet team. After earning her undergraduate degree in engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, she realized her passion for veterinary medicine through her volunteer work at local animal shelters. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to the Jersey Shore and spending time with her husband and golden retriever.
