Payment Policies

Fees and payments will be discussed before your pet is admitted to the hospital. Most sick or injured pets require diagnostic testing (blood test, radio graphs and consultant examinations) and will require one to two days of hospitalization.  Estimates, when requested, will be given to you following an examination and before the procedure.  Estimates will also include additional hospital expenses such as surgery, extended hospitalization, 24 hour nursing care, etc. 

A deposit is required on all hospitalized patients. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered and/or at the time of the pet's discharge from the hospital.  We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and CARE credit.  We do not accept checks as a form of payment.
